Custom Packaging

Neville offers multiple custom crate and pallet packaging options to quell your shipping concerns. We would be glad to follow your specifications or, if needed, Neville can provide full service fulfillment.

On-Site:

Let Neville do the design and build crate and pallet packaging for you in your own facility. Using our staff and our PDS software, we can exceed all of your shipping expectations by allowing you to track our packaging and your property BEFORE it ships. This gives you the flexibility of on-site inspections and modifications.

Ship-in-Ship-out:

Neville also offers a ship-in/ship-out option. In the event that you would like to ship your product to Neville, we will package it at our Western New York crating location and ship it anywhere in the world for you. All export or domestic requirements will be met or exceeded with the proper material and labeling, thus eliminating your shipping concerns.

Transport:

With the Neville transport option we can orchestrate the movement of your freight once it is crated, including arrangement of over-width carriers and global logistics, to properly export your goods from your building to anywhere in the world. 

Additionally, Neville can provide many extras. We can integrate other shipping products into our crating systems including but not limited to: corrugated or foam packaging, heat shrink wrapping, tip-n-tells, desiccants, etc. of your product on site in conjunction with crating for optimal shipping and storage protection.

Custom Crating, Pallets, & Skids:

With our new production facility we have capitalized on the chance to redesign and upgrade our systems employing lean manufacturing, ergonomic, and logistic techniques. Included in this is our new PDS software which allows us to design and manufacture custom crates, pallets, and skids. Neville uses the latest engineering software to provide the most accurate calculations, vastly improving our turnaround times and customer satisfaction.
